  1. Stone Circles always have that pulling power. The curve of the viewing angle strengthens the composition. The band of dark & light sky increases the tension but possibly a mix of the clouds so it’s not as defined a divide so clearly .

  2. Stone circles can be quite mysterious and the sky in this image helps that view. Check out on I player the documentary about Stonehenge and where some of the stones came from.

  3. A very powerful sky with a cloud formation that could just as easily be smoke from a large fire. The stones lead your eyes through the image

  4. Good mono image. Like the way the stones pull the eye through the image to the flat stone. Sky helps maintain the mood. Looking forward to seeing a print of this.
