I like both for different reasons, the warmth of the colour, makes you want to walk on the beach. The mono for competition, it has power and path through the image is stronger too.
I can’t really make my mind up either, hence the two pics on here. It was originally intended as a mono, but the more I looked at the initial colour image, the more I liked it.
I like them both – you have captured the colours and textures of ‘mother earth’ and it looks like a happy place to visit, mono if more dramatic with a sense of tension?
Mono for me by a long way. Much more powerful , sky becomes moody and the foreground textures stand out. This will make a super print.
