The Group shall be known as the SRGB Photo Group.The Group shall be affiliated to the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union.

1. The object of the Group is to promote the Photographic Print through critique and practice of photography as an art.
2. Membership shall be open, but limited to 16 due to the venue.
3. The Group shall be administered by a Committee, consisting of President, General Secretary, Treasurer, All other members of the Group shall be committee members and will be asked to take on certain roles ‘as and when’.
4. At Committee Meetings a Quorum shall consist of more than half the committee members.
5. The date of the Annual Genera Meeting shall be during the month of January
6. The Financial Year of the Society shall run from 1st January to 31st December. At the close of the Financial Year a Balance Sheet shall be drawn up by the Treasurer and audited. This shall be laid before the club at the Annual general meeting.
7. The Annual Subscription shall be fixed for the following year at the Annual General Meeting. It shall be payable in advance from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
8. The SRGB Photo Group may be dissolved at anytime by a resolution passed by a three quarters majority of the members present and voting at an Annual General Meeting of the SRGB Photo Group or at a special general meeting called for that purpose.
