The Group was blessed with another beautiful summers night at Yarrow Vale Country Park. We walked around the lake with lots of places to sit and watch the world.A  large unused playground with the temptation of having a go but there so much more to see. A river wal through the towering trees  to the  weir . it’s not only photogenic but attracts many birds including grey wagtails and dippers.  The area is created for the public and nature to work together. 

 Theres several less formal paths. We followed a path into the less walked area behind the main path to the weir. This look us on a fun walk that took us back to a childhood adventures, eventually finding our way back to the carpark.
