The British Commercial Transport Museum, is in Leyland and the museum is located in  one of the buildings that housed Leyland Motors South Works.

Something different and lots to se, a great variety of commercial vehicles ranging from steam  right through to the more modern day buses. The visit brought back many heroes for the group and gave us a wealth of photographic opptunies. The volunteers are more than happy to answer questions and talk about the vehicles too but theres also lotsa of information about each item in the collection by each vehicle.  The Museum is open only a few days a week but it’s worth a visit.
